Gorgeous circa 2000s Tiffany & Co. 18ct Yellow Gold Mini Heart Lock Pendant on 16 inch Chain. This delightful piece is an 18ct yellow gold heart measuring 9 x 11mm. The heart contains a lock motif. The pendant is not detachable from chain.
