Hearts on Fire diamonds are cut to perfection, featuring a phenomenon called Hearts and Arrows that only occur in ideal cut diamonds. The result is a diamond with wonderful brilliance and sparkle. This diamond is set into a beautiful 18ct white gold heart design that moves freely on an 18 inch chain.
