I Absolutely adore this piece. This is an extremely rare Extra Large Tiffany & Co. 18ct Solid Gold Elsa Peretti Heart Necklace. This very large pendant measures 36mm x 28mm and is the size of a 50 cent Australian coin. The 30" black silk cord is brand new from Tiffany & Co. and was provided complimentary by them when we bought in this item to be cleaned. This cord is also adjustable, we chose the longer length due to the size of the Pendant. We have included the receipt provided by Tiffany when they presented us with the silk cord. This heart has been professionally buffed and polished and is in excellent condition.

Measuring 36mm x 28mm this stunning statement piece that will capture attention anywhere you go. This iconic Tiffany this piece weighs 11.16gms. The item is hallmarked Tiffany & Co. 750, Elsa Peretti and Spain. This beautiful necklace comes presented in the Tiffany & Co. snap lock envelope and Tiffany & Co. blue box.
